Activities
Ask Lion - Activities and support in Nottingham.

Our youth sessions run every Monday, Thursday and Friday, 4pm - 7pm (11-17 years).
Outburst is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sessions are 50p.
To take part in activities at Base 51, you'll need to sign up for a free membership online or in person.

13-18 in the UK.

Kooth - Free, safe and anonymous online counselling for young people. Counsellors available until 10pm every day.
Samaritans - Anyone can contact Samaritans, no matter how old you are. Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. We're here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 116 123.
